The concept of his restaurant pays tribute to the memory of current and past artists. This is only a small sample of the dishes served.

Garvin’s restaurant in Beverly Hills. He currently hosts a cable television show called “Turn it Up with G. Garvin” on TV One. Says Joe Jones, “Truthfully speaking, the idea came from a dream but the belief that it can be done came from my relationship with G. Garvin. G showed me through his restaurant how to treat customers and showed me that people of color really need to stick together.”

One of Joe’s many achievements include being drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals professional baseball team, body guarding for such clients as Damon Dash, Jay-Z, Bill Cosby, Sean “Puffy” Combs, Lil Kim and Ervin “Magic” Johnson just to name a few.
